Trashing and condemning "earmarks" is one of the ways Democrats keep Republicans from getting re-elected since bringing jobs and projects back to your district is the best way to show results to your voters.

The stupid Republicans are the ones who give in to their lexicon and call the necessary district services, "earmarks". Its really ridiculous.
