Had to look up "littoral" (yes, somebody DOES read those captions!)

My dictionary says littoral = "of, relating to, or situated on the shore of the sea or a lake".

What does that mean in regards to the USS Freedom? Is it docked? Is it stranded? Is it not-yet-launched?

My ignorance is showing, I know...

Before the big FR crash, I posted using the Official US Clock.

Since the crash, FR is 6+ minutes fast. Today I posted at 16:53:40 and almost made 1700 by FR’s clock.
