That would be one good way to avoid the problem. Another way would be to quit giving out borrowed money to frickin' deadbeats. Yeah, I know--it's never going to happen.

I was listening to a guy on the radio yesterday talking about all these cushy government pension plans that have been promised. There's going to be a serious breaking down in this country and it isn't going to be pretty. I don't know when it's going to come, but I don't see how all this can continue ad infinitum.
