McCain worries about Snooki after her arrest

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) expressed concern on Tuesday for his pal Snooki Pallozzi after the "Jersey Shore" star was arrested last week for disorderly conduct on a Seaside, N.J., public beach.

The senator was speaking to a radio host of KTAR Radio in Arizona, who asked McCain what his thoughts were on Snooki's arrest. The raunchy reality star was held in jail for a few hours, then released.

When dealing with Meghan McCain and a star from an MTV reality series, I would say the bar is already pretty low. In fact, that tax on tanning booths probably alienated a lot of Obama's supporters.

Yes, it is almost incomprehensible, but Snooki is a political force to be reckoned with. BHO got in the way of the juggernaut and suffered twice. He will steer way clear in the future, that’s my prediction. Gov. Christie of NJ tangled with it too, to no good end for him. McCain is just trying to stay on the safe side of this one.
