I stopped going to Home Depot 2 years ago. Everything I buy there seems to break within 6 months. Even the name brand construction supplies seem to have a cheaper, lower-quality brand just for Home Depot.

That, and gay promotion too? Sounds like the work of too many out-of-touch MBA’s at HQ.

Even the name brand construction supplies seem to have a cheaper, lower-quality brand just for Home Depot. Correct. This crap is sold under a brand name that has been purchased for use on sub-grade stuff. BJ's Wholesale is a huge offender. They sell new trash tires imprinted with the Goodyear label. They fail in less than a year. I know. I bought 8 and they all fell apart. Went back to BJ's. They told me to get lost.
