I'd imagine vegan would taste a little like pork but I still think it would be gross to eat.
I'm sure you could do a lot with it though -- sausage, barbecue, cold cuts, pickle the feet etc.

Serving healthy and delicious vegan fare ... would mean that animals, your customers, and the planet could all end up in the winners circle, the letter reads."
Yeah, that choice of foods would boost attendance big time! ;-)

Hope they tell PETA to go suck a pig.

Why do the wacky lefties always want to impose their will on all the rest of us? And yet they claim to be oh sooooo tolerant.

How about beer? Is beer ok? Cause Nascar folks would hate to offend and I’m sure they’d be happy to switch to wine to prevent hurt feelings.

Why are they messing with car races? They should be trying to get horse racing converted to zucchini racing.

The most concerning thing in this article is that an auto race track has a green policy. NASCAR aint what it used to be.

I guess this makes sense considering that PETA members are universally known as such rabid NASCAR fans. It’s absolutely essential in today’s modern world to meet the needs of your most important customers.
