Every time I go to my freinds house/office who is an insurance agent and see the expensive wheelchair ramp he had to put in, I think about this idiotic law.
He has never had a wheelchair customer, he sells specialized commercial insurance for things disabled people just cannot use.
That and the absurd examples given in the article brought to us by the nanny-state.
And just WHO signed this POS into “Law”??!! Come on Bushies you can say it!
Kinda like going to Home Depot on a busy Saturday morning and having to park a half a mile away, while there are anywhere from 12 to 20 vacant handicapped spots right near the door.
