Rudy Giuliani’s daughter Caroline was busted for shoplifting today at an Upper East Side beauty and skin care shop, police sources said. The 20-year-old was arrested at a Sephora store near the E. 86th Street home she shares with her mother, Donna Hanover, the television personality and former city first lady, before her bitter split from the tough-on-crime mayor. Caroline, the youngest of the former mayor’s two children, was taken to Manhattan’s 19th Precinct stationhouse for processing. She is a student at Harvard University. Caroline allegedly stole makeup from Sephora's E. 86th Street and Lexington Avenue store around 2 p.m., sources said. Store managers insisted on pressing charges, and when officials discovered who the suspect was, several high-ranking officers were dispatched to the store, an unusual measure for a shoplifting charge.
