How will the Obama Media hide this defeat?

No doubt. Since several states have passed similar measures, this case should go directly to Scotus and not some sniveling Lefty federal judge chosen by Holder.

I am not aware of such broad based state opposition to the feds since pre-civil war spats over tariffs.

Standing up to National Socialized Healthcare by the states is no minor issue. The law was passed without hearings, without time for our Congressmen to even read the final bill, without a single Republican vote and opposed by 60+ percent of the electorate. To call it a tyrannical law is not an overstatement.

And the Republicans looked at the Results and said we are now doubling down in our Campaign Strategy to KEEP SILENT ON THIS ISSUE as well as Immigration where the Obama administration now has BLOOD on their hands in the Drunk Driving csae where a Nun was killed, this fact is exposed in the Leaked Memo which states the Policy where the Assailant was released ,see here:
“This memorandum offers administrative relief options to… reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization,” it reads.

Also: “In the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform, USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals and groups by issuing new guidance and regulations, exercising discretion with regard to parole-in-place, deferred action and the issuance of Notices to Appear (NTA), and adopting significant process improvements

Way to go FECKLESS COWARDS in the Republican Party,I am SURE the Democrats would be silent if the Bush Administration had written this memo and seen the results in the Drunk Driving case
