"...or else be liable for any murders that take place..."

Wtf? Are you nuts? You are advocating blaming a business owner for a murder committed by an employee? How about we blame the perp??? How's that for a novel idea? Better yet, how about we build more prisons and when we catch these felonious creeps we lock them up! How about our judicial system doing it's job to protect law abiding citizens!!!

Our country has become too complacent and complicit to growing violence rates. Enough is enough. We need to quit assigning blame where it's not deserved and law abiding people need to speak up, voice their opinions and go to the polls to take our country back.

My Lord...it's like the wild, wild west out there these days. And it's become acceptable! I remember a day when a murder was a big deal...well, not anymore. We're completely desensitized...in a bad, bad way.

We all just need to carry the problem will sort itself out. In the end we will have law-abiding secure citizens who won’t tolerate this BS.

We really have no choice now our DOJ is selectively enforcing laws, etc...in fact this shooter was a fool to off himself I am sure Holder would have jumped in provided a defense attorney for him.

We are witnessing the theater of the abusrd now...

I said punish them only if they put bans on worker safety when they have CCW laws. They should be as liable as if they had no fire exits/alarms and the place burns down. IMO, it’s basic negligence.

How about we blame the perp???

He'd dead and it will be hard to recover damages from him. But if employees had been allowed to carry, he'd probably still be dead, but a few others, probably not all 8, but some of them, would still be alive.
