PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA (WWBT) - A Richmond nun has been killed by an alleged drunk driver.
The crash happened in Bristow, Prince William County, just after 8:00am Sunday morning. Police say 23-year-old Carlos Montano was drunk when his car ran off the side of the road, and hit the nun's car head on.
66-year-old Jeanette Mosier was in the backseat of the car. Also known as Sister Denise Dosier, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities say she was not wearing a seat belt.
Also in the car was Sister Charlotte Lange. She and Sister Connie Lupton were up front. They were flown to the hospital and we're told they have very serious injuries.
Sister Charlotte Lange is the former principal of Saint Gertrude High School in Richmond.
The man charged with causing the crash is no stranger to the law. This is his third DUI charge.
The suspect is also charged with involuntary manslaughter and driving on a revoked license.
Just killing the nuns that Americans won’t kill.

We should redouble our efforts to make America’s highways safe so that this sort of thing cannot happen again.

Are we to assume that he is a legal immigrant? One wonders.
If it had happened in Arizona, the Justice Department would be filing a writ of habeus corpus to have the charges dismissed.

This fellow appears to be Salvadoran, and may even have been born here. If he’s from the old country, he’s here on parole extended personally by Eric Holder.

The media story didn’t mention whether he is an illegal or not. There is the proof that he is.
You can also blame Congress, which authorized the TPS in the 1990 Immigration Act.

Wherever I have lived, the efforts are as high as can practically be applied. There will always be drunk drivers, without licenses. Until drunk driving is viewed as attempted negligent homicide, and those convicted are segregated from society by concrete and steel for a good portion of their lives, drunk driving will remain a BIG problem. And where do you house all these drunks? We already turn violent felons out of our overcrowded prison system prematurely.
