We always hear about how we need to be more “tolerant” of other religions. Can someone explain to me why the muslims are not being asked to be more “tolerant” of our feelings in this matter? After all, it’s a two way street.
It’s not a two way street in the muslim worldview. Theirs is only one way.
I say it will be OK to build a mosque at ground zero one month after I attend a Christian service in a new church building in downtown Mecca.This is what I would call tolerance and until that happens I would tell them “Go fly a kite”
