Hopefully, this man's family has secured the services of the meanest, nastiest blood-sucking tort attorney that they can find. I keep expecting some of the honest cops in that department will silently put things in motion to get the truth out. I have never known a cop who could keep a secret and I mean that in the most complimentary way. A damn good tort lawyer does seem like the only way now.
