The Arizona Lawman’s News and The Phoenix Police Gazette has just finished an exhaustive telephonic inquiry into the reports of an invasion by the notorious Mexican Narco Terrorists Group Los Zetas, into the US in the Laredo Texas area.
Neither the; Laredo Texas Police Department, The Webb County Sheriff’s Office, The Texas Department of Public Safety, nor the US Border Patrol for the Laredo Area can substantiate any of these reports. They report that they have been inundated with queries of concern but that there is no basis in fact to this story, to the best of their knowledge.
Neither CBS, KGNS, KHFTX, KLDO, nor TV-Azteca (All Laredo Texas TV Stations) can substantiate any of these reports.
While there appears to be some hearsay (He said that she said, that someone told her; Ya-da-Ya-da-Ya- da.) At this point in time, I can find no factual information to back up this wild and interesting story.
I will keep checking diligently but until then – well it looks like a HOAX!
I find it more than a little curious that this flap began as the left-wing bloggers meet in Las Vegas – coincidence? You make the call!

Wouldn’t put it past Los Zetas anyway, they had a running gun battle with our deputies a while back and we’re 170 miles from Laredo
