I used to watch him with some regularity many years ago and held him in some regard because I saw him acutally ask some tough questions of Rats on a few occasions. He seemed to be rather even-handed compared to many of the other so-called journalists. I have great respect for an interviewer, such as Chris Wallace, who asks tough questions of both sides.
Then, I saw Russert interview Hitlery Clinton around the time of her Senate run. The sight of him giving her big sloppy kisses in his questioning made me ill, my eyes were opened, and I never tuned into his show again.
This experience was similar to my watching O’Reilly interview Michael Moore a few years back. That lame display made me begin to look at BOR in a new light. I now realize what a phony he is.

We aren't used to NBC being anything OTHER THAN A LIBERAL SHILL.
If NBC was being true to itself, it would be accusing President Bush for the crimes the “Honorable Mr. Rangel” had committed.

THERE ARE SOME ON THIS THREAD WHO have checked out Luke on his Twitter site, or other areas and feel he is a total Lib...However, I think if he went with Fox, that might change.

I was shocked to see this vid with Luke Russert of NBC. Rangel was shocked to learn Luke was from NBC. Since they have been insulating him for decades. Charlie just knew it was one of those “racists” from Fox News that he could simply drop kick.
Yo Charlie, when NBC is no longer protecting you, and finally beginning to question your judgement,you might have a problem.
Tip of the hat to Luke Russert. May he continue to confront and challenge all the criminials in congress. That is, of course, if NBC will continue to allow him to do the job journalists are supposed to do.
It's better in the long run if we can remove the kneepads from some of the other networks instead of having Fox be the lone wolf. It'd be harder for the left to demonize Fox if there were others doing the same.
Better to spread the truth than consolidate it.
