“Jennifer” would go into the WOMEN’S bathroom at the ole Austin City Hall, take with her a newspaper and do the male leg spread to do her business! Freaked the ladies out in the building! This is a TRUE story from a friend who worked in the building and would go to another floor to try and dodge “her”.

Yes, Leslie and Jennifer keep Austin weird, but if you have to deal with them on a frequent basis it is sick, not funny.

Lots of women don’t have periods. Claim a hysterectomy and the lack of periods and estrogen tablets are all covered.

True, but would there not be telltale scars from a hysterectomy?

Vaginal hysterectomy is common now, no visible scarring.

I’m glad I’m not young anymore, things are getting way too complicated. It looks like you would need an original birth certificate and a blood sample before arranging a date.

Yeah. All this in a very short span of time. When I was in high school (about 20 years ago), one didn’t have to wonder if the prom queen was a guy who had been surgically altered.

These days you damn near need to have a full background check to date. I think I’d prefer to be introduced by mutual friends who have known the woman since birth.

Totally weird, bizarre, and crazy but true:

According to the State of Texas it isn’t same sex marriage because “in 2009, lawmakers changed the Texas family code to permit an applicant for a marriage license to use a sex change court order to nullify the birth certificate gender. The new law also allows a driver’s license to serve as proof of identity and age.”

In Texas, if you have a sex change order from a court, you are legally the opposite sex, in this case a woman. Since her legal sex is “woman” the marriage amendment which allows only one man and one woman isn’t violated. The legislature just redefined woman.

Why not just use “XX” chromosome requirements? Because 0.1 to 0.2% of live births are of so-called intersex people, who are both male and female. That means somewhere between 3 million and 6 million Americans are, scientifically speaking on a genetic level, both man AND woman due to their chromosomes.

And that doesn’t even include the people who are born as chimeras, like that Lydia Fairchild woman who naturally conceived and gave birth to her children but wasn’t genetically related to them (Google her case - it is unbelievable)!

My question is: What do we do with the intersex people? We’re talking about the population of the state of Tennessee on the high end. That’s a lot of male/female hybrids nature churns out.

So, the question is ... how do you define man? There are women with quasi-penises that are XX. There are men who have no penis who are XY.

This was one of the questions my genetics professor posed in college. I still don’t have an answer, by the way, so your guess is as good as mine.

Nikki Araguz, 30, “widower” of Wharton volunteer firefighter Thomas Araguz III, 30, talks about the effects his death has had on “his” and “his” family.

Fixed it...

BTW, good snag on all that political stuff “it” was involved in...I was going to post that info till I saw you got to it first...

All kidding aside, myself being a volunteer firefighter for many years, I understand and appreciate the sacrifice Tom made for his community...This should never be forgotten or disrespected, regardless of this fiasco...

WORTHLESS. DPS already has corrupt figures knowingly issuing falsified driver's licenses to illegal aliens and other folks with ill intentions.

There is a theory (book and everything) that D.B. Cooper, the vanished hijacker from the 1970s, was in the process of undergoing a sex change operation when he conducted his mid-flight robbery.

While transitioned to a woman, but disguised as a man, he robbed the plane, and then lived out his years as a woman.

That’s the theory anyway.

How can you establish a new identity when you already have a criminal history on record in the community?

From a medical standpoint that is truly amazing — and that it is functional as well (as in can still achieve orgasms)??? I didn’t think that last part was possible at all...

Cringed on some of the photos, but definitely answered some questions I’ve always had about these folks...

Honestly, I think the firefighter most likely knew his wife’s secret and couldn’t handle his family knowing which is why he then broke up with him/her. The timing of the lawsuit (the morning after his death) is suspicious to me - not that they had anything to do with the death, just that WHY would they be thinking about that within hours of his death. I guess speed is essential if you are talking about a situation involving kids who just lost their father, but to file suit seeking to annul the marriage the day after he died? I wonder who first brought up the idea - the ex, the mom, or their lawyer???
