What do you think would happen if the Japanese tried to build a religious center honoring Hirohito at Pearl Harbor 10 years after the attack took place? It wouldn’t even get off the drawing board.

Wife and I visited Pearl this past March as part of a week in Hawaii. There is a “monument” to the attack on display near the submarine memorial. It is a black man-guided torpedo called a “Kaiten” that was captured before it could do damage on that fateful morning.
