Cox, one of five Republicans running for Michigan governor, said Michigan is the lead state backing Arizona in federal court and is joined by Alabama, Florida, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and Virginia, as well as the Northern Mariana Islands.

Yes. States (sovereign states) have borders they can enforce. The federal government can enforce the country’s borders. That didn’t mean the sovereign states can’t enforce their own borders. They didn’t give that power up.

We should get every state, county, and municipality that we can to pass a law similar to that which AZ passed. Let the feds file lawsuits and try to get an injunction against each one of them.

It’s good to see this support for Arizona, and its growing momentum!

And it’s good to hear that Cox has been moving against obamacare in the courts, too!!!!

All conservative states except for Michigan and Penn. Surprise, surprise.

If the liberal states (MASSHOLEchusetts, Oregon, Maryland, New York, washington, Vermont, Illinois, Minnesota and last and least MEXIfornia) don't want to prosecute their illeagls then fine. But don't come crying to N0bama once theyve bankrupted your states.

I’m all for state’s rights and going back to the Constitution like the Founding Fathers wanted. But N0bama has other plans. Just wait until states lose their sovereignty forever and must fall under the red flag of socialism.
