Goes way beyond local cops, government of usa imports, sells, and jails in a 3 step dance. covert money for off the radar projects, couldn’t say whom exactly but it is pretty obvious a few tunnels and folks carrying on their backs aren’t bringing in the oil tanker quantities this country must use..
