A Virginia lawmaker looking to enact an immigration law similar to Arizona's is challenging the Obama administration to come at his state with a lawsuit, too, saying he hopes the Justice Department has "so many targets" they can't focus.

Prince William Board of County Supervisors Chairman Corey Stewart told The Washington Post that the Obama administration's lawsuit against Arizona will probably fall flat. He claimed Arizona is on "firm footing" and encouraged other jurisdictions to follow Arizona's lead.

"I hope the Justice Department sues Virginia, as well," he told the Post. "I hope they have so many targets that they are unable to focus on Arizona."

Each state should enter into a law suit against the Feds for not securing our borders. Not a class action suit, but individual suits.

Why not use cloward piven in reverse?

Overwhelm the messiah and his satantic stooge holder with lawsuits. Enact State laws from coast to coast and overwhelm the DOJ.

I`m surprised enough States haven`t simply come the the same conclusion and commenced the process already.

But I`m not surprised RINOS would be that stupid and gutless for a no holds barred fight even though the Totalitarian/Democrat party has launched a cold civil war on the USA and everyone knows it.

AND . . .

If the feds want to play the, "it's federal responsibility," card, then let them eat the, "it's federal liability," soup.

Each state which pays for services used by illegal aliens should immediately file suit against the federal government for reimbursement.

Any citizen who has suffered loss at the hands of illegal aliens -- lawsuit.

Any business which has lost contract bids to businesses which subsequently were found to be using illegal aliens -- lawsuit.

Since 0 and company want to run to the courts to push their agenda, anyone affected by illegal immigration should stuff so much litigation down the administration's throat that they choke on it.

The article doesn’t say whether he is a (D) or an (R), but I don’t really care. This guy is doing the right thing. The undocumented Muslim needs to be challenged by all the states. I believe that when challenged he will prove to be a paper tiger.

The only way to face corruption is to provoke it and and surround it and then eliminate it. There are more of us than there are them. Stand up America. Rebuke the evil that threatens us and our heritage.
