Kagan, like Sotomayor is a train wreck waiting to happen.

The "wise Latina," can't read English. No? Just look at her dissenting opinion regarding MacDonald v. Chicago.

Kagan must not get confirmed. She will NOT view Heller and MacDonald as stare decisis. Trust me.

Do you really expect the GOP to stoop to such an undignified level?

The GOP has standards, and disrupting the adversary as it shreds our liberties is simply outside the boundaries of Senatorial decorum.
