And I will never forgive him for dragging Sarah Palin down. She could have been the best thing that happened to America.Prior to running with John McCain, I had barely heard of Sarah Palin. And look at her now!! If there was one thing only John McCain did right, it was connect us to the energy which is Sarah Palin.
He’ll vote no unless his yes vote is absolutely needed.
Apparently, the winds of irrelevance are whistling through his head.
We don't care, Juan. Kagan is probably going to be confirmed because of the "maverick" politics you practiced for so long, setting all of the conditions we see today into motion.
If there is any justice, you will finally be put out to pasture this November and we can begin erasing the ugly stain your political career has left on America.
After the 5-4 decision confirming the 2nd Amendment (it should have been 9-0), and the announcement by Justice Stevens about his tenure on the court, I think that you may find that the 2012 election may be the most important election that the country has ever faced.
If the balance of power in the SC shifts to 5-4 in favor of "living document" activist justices, then there will be no saving the Constitution, as they carve it up, making the law what they want it to be, and not what is written.
Go, JD! Wishing JD a Happy Birthday on July 10th!
I’ll bet he voted for all of the other libs on the court.
If Mike Ditka had run for Illinois Senator we would have never heard of Øero.
Thats true. This coming election is the most important because of the USSC. McCains appointments probably wouldn’t have been any better than Osh*theads.
You nailed it. McCain might even add that Oa$$hole owes him for throwing the election to him.

With any luck, we can stop this from becoming a bipartisan mandate.
God bless JD for this vote.
