The Texas Democratic Party's executive director, Ruben Hernandez, has filed ethics complaints against Gov. Rick Perry over a house he bought in College Station.
..."For three years, the Governor failed to report over $200,000 in debt he owed on a house in College Station, as well as over $11,000 in rental income he received from the property," Hernandez said in a statement.
Perry spokesman Mark Miner responded, "This is nothing more than a desperate attempt by the Democrat Party to cover for Bill White's ethical scandals, failure to release his tax returns and profiteering during Hurricane Rita when he was mayor of Houston. Considering Bill White has failed to unveil one new policy initiative that would move Texas forward, it's not surprising all he does is attack..."

Hey, dim-bulb-crats, wowie-woo!
Teddy Killer Kennedy spent more than that the first week trying to cover up his murder of Mary Joe.
Clinton spent more than that the first day trying to cover up dress-gate.
And the Obamaloon spends more than that per hour trying to cover up his records.
Yep... that’s him!

Dead ringer...LOL
Certainly is... just as stupid and gullible too.

There’s a thousand ways this BS is all smoke and mirrors cuz the DNC has absolutely nothing to offer to the public to justify their election. Their policies are a DISASTER leading to DEBT and nobody wants them.
You can’t tell me Rick Perry doesn’t have that $22,000 covered as a business expense against a property holding $200,000 worth of debt. Not to mention how much can be written off as upkeep and repair.
The DNC, once again are nothing more than a load of KRAP!
Mayor Bill White’s home’s tax assessment was lowered by 1 million dollars while he was mayor and he says he didn’t even ask for this alteration.
Want to talk about corrupt finances?
You are exactly right, but I thought it was The New Republic that did the article on Phil Gramm. I actually hunted it for in my old, back copies. No wonder I couldn’t find it. Do you know which issue of Tex. Monthly it was? I subscribe to that too.
I don’t know which issue of Texas Monthly. If you subscribe, I think you can enter your subscription info into a form on their website and view the archives online.
I seem to think it was the 1990s. I also think I read it in a waiting room somewhere.
Ha! I found it and it was the New Republic, July 15, 1996 issue. The title was “Loathing in Las Vegas” and it was written by John Judis. Bastard.
Ok, thanks for the correction. Like I say, my recall is that the “reveal” that the KKK membership card was a hoax was buried late in the article (which meant that unless a reader made it through the piece, (s)he might still walk away with the perception that Phil Gramm had been a member of the Klan).
The Democrat machine of manufactured lies and scandals never stops running.
