We used to have apple fights with the neighbor kids two yards over where we’d hide behind cardboard boxes and try to nail each other with these giant apples from our neighbor’s tree. When you got hit with one of those things, you knew it.
Ahhh, youth.
We had tomato fights. Not as painful as apples. LOL
Our streets were lined with Horse Chestnut trees. We’d fill shopping bags with them. I’ll see your apples and raise you a lump.
