My grandson just became an Eagle Scout, so I asked him if it bothered him that BO would not sign his award certificate. He said that he would rather have it unsigned than to have it signed by BO.
I wonder if it would be premature to send it to Sarah?
I bet GWB would still sign it if sent to him.
