I admit I was a Romney supporter in 2008 when I should have been endorsing Thompson, but call a spade a spade. Romney was in the game way before Palin.

As others pointed out, Romney was in well before Palin.

Now, we can argue the relative merits and impacts each endorsement had, but the timing facts are undeniable.
