I think I'm actually at the point where I'd settle for a 67-year-old liberal nominee just as a compromise to get rid of Kagan.

I'm getting tired of the Liberals trending toward nominating 30-year-old activists for major Court appointments.

If we're going to have to get another Obama nominee appointed, offer to send through someone much older with a few compromise votes. Enough with the Liberal kids, already.

Liberals do not need nor have a “mature” judicial philosophy. They figure out what result they want and then claim the constitution or the law being interpreted requires that result.

Amazing that after all the fuming and table pounding by the left during Bork's confirmation, it turns out that he was just a garden variety, vanilla type, center-right guy.
