(CNSNews.com) Former federal appellate judge and Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork said that Elena Kagans lacks the "mature philosophy of judging" needed to be a Supreme Court justice and that th Supreme Court is "drifting toward a committee of ideologues."
In a Wednesday conference call sponsored by Americans United for Life, Judge Bork said that Kagan still displayed the tendencies of a young constitutional lawyer with inflated dreams of what constitutional law can and should accomplish.

If we're going to have to get another Obama nominee appointed, offer to send through someone much older with a few compromise votes. Enough with the Liberal kids, already.
Liberals do not need nor have a “mature” judicial philosophy. They figure out what result they want and then claim the constitution or the law being interpreted requires that result.
Amazing that after all the fuming and table pounding by the left during Bork's confirmation, it turns out that he was just a garden variety, vanilla type, center-right guy.
