I worked in a factory and if someone had an open cut on a finger, the nurse would clean it, put a band aid on it, then slipped what looked like a miniature condom over it to keep it clean. Maybe they are giving those to first graders.

Any first-grader who needs a condom is either Jethro Bodine from “Beverly Hillbillies” or else is being statutorily raped by somebody much older.

This school should be sued - if not for condom distribution to enable statutory rape, then for refusing to honor the orders of their employers: the parents. No way should schools be giving out condoms to first-graders against the expressed wishes of the parents.
