“No standing................”

No, it is WE who have no standing in this government. A foreign 3rd world dump has more say, and they prove it every day.

Since when does a foreign State have standing to interfere in the internal affairs of the United States?

Since they started actively encouraging and assisting their own nationals to flaunt our laws by entering our country illegally.

So American CITIZENS don’t have the “standing” necessary to demand Hussein prove he’s eligible to be the friggin’ president, but Mexico has the standing to overturn an Arizona law??!! Sounds just about right, these days.

The illegal immigration lobby is squealing like stuck pigs. The Arizona law must have struck true!

Are these lawyers registered as agents of a foreign power? If not can we get them disbarred for putting greenbacks ahead of gringos?

Easy dismissal for lack of standing. This should be a legal triviality.

Maybe it is to be certain that the land in Arizona that “The One” has allocated to Mexico is truely theirs.

Any patriotic judge would/should immediately toss out this illegal law suit from Mexico. I surmise if a lefty judge gets the case Arizona will lose. Indicative of the peril this country currently faces.

We kicked butt at San Jacinto!

Ah, the good old days. Now we can't even kick them out of a 3,500-acre national preserve in Arizona.

Since when did a foreign country get standing in US federal court?
