What part of the Constitution is that from? The most basic responsbility of governing is spending money?
That statement is diagnositic on so many levels.

This is so shallow and evil....all to give them a supposed edge as a candidate for reelection who did not vote for...(insert whatever is disliked)...in Congress.

They don’t protect the borders, they don’t set a budget. WTH do we need to pay them for?

Not a joke. This is a BIG effin deal, in a bad way, but the news media will ignore it because it makes the Dems appear incompetent, which they are. A budget would harm the Dems in November, and they can’t have that.

"...(insert whatever is disliked)...in Congress." What is "congressman"?

Why bother passing a budget they don’t intend to follow anyway? They’re spending like there is a bottomless bucket of money and not tomorrow. A formal budget would just give Republican candidates an issue in the mid-term election. Why make it that easy?

The word “Cancelled” is one of those words that when spelled correctly just doesn’t look right.

Is it just me or does anyone else looking at John Boenner think to themselves "Somewhere, probably at a golf course bar, a bar stool is missing an ass"?

Yeah, cancelled does look funny. Double consonants kill me. In 7th grade I was the school spelling bee champ but then in 8th grade our teacher gave us a multiple choice test on double consonants (pick the correctly spelled answer). I had never seen the words mispelled before and it blew my mind. I’ll never forgive that teacher.

So this means CONgress has an open checkbook for the next fiscal year coming up (as if they didn’t spend like it already)?
