Very effective that millionaires tax ,,,, that is in scaring a revenue base to the high ground and Christie is smart enough to know it ,,, on the other hand Gov. O’Malley of Md. ,,,,, dumber than $h!+ ........................
So if some guy made 5 million, he would have to pay an extra 100,000.00 in tax. This is no different than reaching into some guys back pocket, and stealing his wallet. The millionaires left Maryland because they were pissed, not because it would ruin them.
