Excellent article. The issue is not whether the people of the Gulf Coast deserve compensation, but the method der Fuhrer Hussein 0bama has decreed that BP will pay it and how much it pays. He has appointed another Czar to decide how much each claimant receives of the BP slush fund. Is this the work of a democracy?

Yes, it is. It is not, however, the work of a constitutional republic, which is what we had. Democracy is mob rule. Once people realize they can vote themselves anything they want, without working for it, they will.
