Then they should go back to their failed third world countries and fight for fair wages.
Well, if they intend to enforce this (and yes, I’m overlooking all the valid points everybody else has made for the moment), then there’s an obvious unintended consequence: why do people hire illegals? Because they’re cheap labor. If they suddenly fail to be cheap labor, then there’s no advantage to hire illegals and Americans would be in the market for their jobs again.
