The “truth” has more to do with BP’s own ties to radical leftist concepts, carbon trading and the Obama/globalist push.
Whatever Obama and BP are presenting in the Kabuki theater is just a sideshow. Though the concepts are important obviously (Presidential power and the Federal Govt attacking private business. If only BP were really just a cute little private business )

When I called Rep Barton's office, the office was said to be closed, but I hung on the line and option 4 is there to leave a message. I tried to, but his mailbox is full.

I called his local office, it is only a couple of miles from my house, and asked the staffer to pass my Thank You on to the congressman. She was very pleased to hear this.

I just don’t get his thinking. Anything short of him focus grouping opinion it will/would have in November is ridiculous. And we know he didn’t have time to do that before his knee JERK reaction!
