SOLUTION:
Border Patrol, Feds and Citizens should wait for them at the edges of the Tohono ohdham nation and if the illegals are armed or have drugs are armed “shoot to kill.”

So why doesn’t the Border Patrol concentrate on the border of the reservation? Trap those smugglers on the sovereign land and not let them out the other side.
