Obama to Name Oil Recovery 'Czar' in First Oval Office Address

President Barack Obama, in his televised speech to the nation Tuesday, will announce the creation of an oil recovery “czar” to oversee progress in siphoning crude from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, his chief spokesman said.
Speaking on ABC television’s “Good Morning America” program, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said the position is envisioned as “somebody that will be in charge of a recovery plan, putting a recovery plan together...when we get past the cleanup and response phase of this disaster.”

I'm laughing at the advertising of Obama's 4th trip....I believe Bush went down for the Katrina folks 14 times.
So Obama has 11 more trips to go.

Another person to blame. That has to be part of the job description for the insiders that take the job:
Rahm: “Ok, the job is basically doing nothing for 12 months while you get paid $250,000. Then we start pointing the finger at you. You get to defend youself a couple of times, but probably after 18 months you will resign and admit failure, while indicating you should have listened to Obama all along. At that point we have another job ready for you paying even more with even less to do. Are you ready for the challenge? Attaboy..”
