And yet they will have no problems find positions in city government.
You just wait - some lame pathetic-ass Democrat will explain why this is a good thing.
I doubt it - AP in the NYT. Not exactly trustworthy.
I am sure they are all eligible for the Obama Youth Corpse and Michelle’s special diet!
75% nationally!!
Follow up story: 90% of Philly Pols Belong in Jail
Isn’t Philly the place where the dems get 110% of the vote?
75% nationwide.
We could raise the number allowable a bit if we went back to GWB’s policy of letting felons in.
Never saw this hook coming did ya? Just what we need, another big boatload of statists trolling the waters for the treasured TaxaChump GreenBack.
It’s The Navy Times. The AP article quotes a group called “Mission: Readiness” which is made up of retired generals. The results are easily checked at the source.

I was at a campout this weekend with a boys organization; The Royal Rangers. I noticed a huge difference between our boys locally, and the boys from the other large city that joined us. The boys from the larger city were: Fat (mostly), whiners, didn’t know how to do basic tasks, displaying ADD-like behavior.

This country did just fine in the past with our youth. Today they can’t even read or write.
