Granted, but it wouldn’t take much effort to find a friendly neighborhood CAIR rep willing to sign the paperwork, which would still allow ME funding/influence while officially obeying the law.
It’s called free-market capitalism. Unless they are doing something illegal, I am not sure what the problem is.
Yeah, I suppose there are ways around it, but the idea does not sit well with me at all. I knew people who worked there. They didn’t make it.

Foreign ownership also takes away jobs for Americans. Walk into any Indian, Chinese, or Arab owned business and apply for a job. You won’t find many Americans working in them. Mostly green card holders and illegals.
