“And how much aussie taxpayer money and effort went to her “rescue”?”

Even an older, more experienced captain can get into trouble on the sea. Should we only rescue those over a certain age limit?

I love these people who care more for my children than I do.

I particularly like the poster who also cared more about out how much it cost Australia to find her than the Aussies (I bet the poster is not Australian) do. The Aussies are no doubt applauding her adventurous spirit.

Hundreds of children are killed or injured in automobiles every year. Does that mean they should not be allowed in automobiles? Or better yet, why don’t we just ban cars and trucks outright? That way no one would ever get hurt by them again.

Sheesh.
