I’m not sure what all this has to do with the price of beans.
The facts are that he didn’t go to Congress, and the “folks that will not be named” can’t be named anyhow, because they didn’t object because he didn’t go to Congress.
Further, if they did object, so what? Obama had the votes in Congress to do whatever he wanted to do.
Not only that, has the exact cause of the explosion been even diagnosed to be a “lack of regulation”?
