With the California primary out of the way, its time for Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., to begin her campaign in earnest against Republican challenger Carly Fiorina. With stagnant general election numbers in the mid-40s, and facing a well-funded opponent, Boxer is now operating out of the David Plouffe playbook, running on the stimulus package.
This is from the email she sent earlier today:
I am proud of my record of fighting to create jobs for California. I have met construction workers, law enforcement officers, teachers, scientists, and many other hard-working Californians who are working because of the Recovery Act a bill that has saved or created 150,000 California jobs. Yet Carly Fiorina
opposed that critical bill

Or make like a baby, and head out.
Make like a turd and flush.
All union or state workers, how surprising.
Pray for America
Running on a “stimilus” package that put us more in debt and INCREASED unemployment? Dumb, dumb, dumb...
Homey don’t play dat!
Over 500,000 working, productive Californians have left that state in the past couple of years.
Those people are NEVER coming back. I am one of them.
Boxer can spout all the phony stats she can memorize, but the truth is entirely different.
Boxer will need a new round of Botox injections to reshape her mouth after all these months of sucking up to NObama.
Proud of the “jobs she created?” In a state with over 12 percent unemployment? Where EIGHT counties have unemployment rates of over 20 percent? Seriously Babs, nobody ever accused you of being a rocket scientist, but even you can’t believe that level of BS.
Boxer will never get IT! It is not government's place to create jobs. As in Obama's rule they are making sure they create their kind of jobs, green energy and temporary census type positions. In 5 years when those green jobs are not doing anything for global warming scam they will be gone. Tapxayers money flushed down the drain.
It is government's place to create a friendly environment for business. Boxer and her ilk have destroyed California.
If we had a real governor he would speak up against Boxer's comments. But we have one firmly in bed with Obama and his marxist group.
...at the same time, I saved another 500,000 Californians of the burden of having to work, or in many cases, even live in our once-proud state.
There's the reality, Boxer....
Best start looking in the want ads...out of state, that is....
I hope Fiorina is prepared to get down & dirty with this sawed-off marxist nincompoop. Because this is as positive as Boxer will get - its down, down down into the gutter from here.
Billions of dollars in debt
Boxer and Fiorina, two of the ugliest egocentric females in the country as the only elected political candidates.
A movie actor turned girly-man politician, totally unable to truncate the public union feeding frenzy.
The express inability to recognize the economic, environmental, and ethical devastation of illegal immigration.
And if you have ever been there, a really, really self-consumed, arrogant (leftist) population.
A willing dependence on the phoniest (explicily) industry on the planet, Hollywood.
Even Massachusetts saw through what's her name for Scott Brown.
And a state which once gave us (politically) Ronald Reagan.
Oregon is not far behind.
Besides the ubiquitous self important leftists, the state is full of public employees, illegal immigrants and welfare-suckers who are well on the road to killing the goose that laid the golden egg.
And it doesn't help that we have some really dumb republicans here, as well.
Every election since the eighties has been nothing but an exercise in frustration.
What's California's current unemployment rate? Yeah, Bab's, run on your record for creating jobs in California. We'll see you in the unemployment line come next January.
FYI, I work in public education in the Sacramento area. I have listened to a lot of very pissed off teachers who want to see Boxer defeated. If this is a statewide position, Boxer is toast. Oh, and a lot of teachers are also unhappy with Pelousi too.
