Keep in mind that "never letting a crisis go to waste" may be the reason why an article like this would appear in Business Insider in the first place. There has been a lot of pressure over the years among many U.S. business interests to overturn the Jones Act, and as I've posted previously on this thread, I'm not sure it even applies here.
