A fine illustration of the benefits of private, parochial schools. Teacher is a hard-line, Left-wing ideologue/advocate who cannot tolerate anyone who disagrees with her. Takes offense at a high school essay. Makes a child's school work a matter of public discussion on a blog. Loses job.

If this had been a public school, she'd still be there indoctrinating the kids, and the teachers' union would be all over the parents and the school district. Also: If the essay had been entitled "Bush Lies," the child would have received an A, an award for excellence, and a scholarship.

Well the article did mention that the teacher provided a model paper indicating the tone she wanted used, oh and yes, her model was essentially Bush bashing:)
