I think people who blog about their personal life are idiots. A lot of the Facebook stuff is also idiocy. I can see an expert in an industry or something but a school teacher who probably has three friends.

I don’t think they are idiots, but there is something I find unseemly about the need to constantly shout out “ME! ME! ME!”
A lot of my friends use this stuff, and they insinuate that I am some kind of luddite because I don’t feel the need to tell people everything from where I go on vacation to the color, timing and frequency of my bowel movements.
