An official in Peru says Joran van der Sloot has confessed to killing a 21-year-old female student from Lima, the La Republica newspaper reported late Monday.

According to the paper, Van der Sloot admitted he broke Stephany Flores' neck in a rage after she apparently used his notebook computer without permission and discovered he was involved in the disappearance of an American woman.

Van der Sloot is suspected in the May 30 killing — five years to the day after Holloway's disappearance — of Stephany Flores.

Sounds real random.

“Conditions were especially harsh in maximum-security facilities located at high altitudes. The high-security prison in the jungle area of Iquitos was in poor condition and was under renovation. During the year the PNP transferred responsibility for operating the facility to INPE.”

“Prison guards and fellow inmates reportedly abused prisoners. There were deaths of inmates in prisons, most attributed to fellow inmates, but some were due to negligence by guards. Guards received little or no training or supervision. Corruption was a serious problem, and some guards cooperated with criminal bosses who oversaw the smuggling of guns and drugs into prisons.”

“...in a rage after she apparently used his notebook computer without permission...”

In other words, if she had not been snooping the woman would still be alive?

If this is what he confessed, Joran van der Sloot is a psychotic.

is this rumor from the same site that said Sloot had committed suicide last Friday?...LOL

anyway, he's such a story teller.....God only knows what happened.....I'm thinking he drugged her, got her back to his place to rob her of her poker winnings and then decided to rape her as well, and got in a rage when he found out she was having one of her "ladies" days....

That is a really primitive area.

It won’t matter if they got a signed confession, a recorded and video taped confession, and God himself is a witness and then they lost it all. That boy is going to spend what remains of his natural life in prison in Peru, wishing he could have controlled his temper. It was a nice life while he had it. He didn’t know that in some areas of the world, it doesn’t mean spit if you try to be silent or invoke your “right” to remain silent. He chose the wrong people to screw with.

It's too bad she didn't Google his name before going to his hotel room.

Whatever he did, I bet it was recreating what he did to Natalee Holloway. He was reliving his crime.

I don’t believe it. She just happened to look at his pc, and he just happened to fly into a rage and snap her neck on the exact same day (5 years) that Halloway vanished. He planned it, that’s what I believe.

Also, how does a person actually snap someone’s neck? I thought only Steven Segal could do that.

Shall we invoke "Karma"?

This POS, raised (and carefully protected) by upper-crust Aruba citizens, finally encounters justice for his numerous crimes!!!

May he be regularly abused by his fellow prisoners for a long. long, time!
