More and more Hispanics are getting in on the Muslim Jihad? Does anyone know why that is?

Probably because islams is converting many Catholics.
Even on this board I have read on Catholic threads several times how they should make some kind of deal with the muslims because they have so much in common (I cringed when reading it but yep even seen it on FR too)

Muslims have been down in Southern Mexico recruiting for a long time too since 9-11 and handing out money left and right.
