2nd Memo Has Kagan Defending Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Veto

Washington, DC -- A newly-produced document today from the Clinton archives is the second to show Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan defending ex-President Bill Clinton's veto of a bill to ban partial-birth abortions. The memo, and others, may increase Republican opposition to her nomination.

If she's to the Left of Harriet Meirs, they should vote her down.

A person who supports partial-birth abortion hardly qualifies as a human, let alone a Supreme Court justice.

Every baby’s blood is on these peoples’ hands.

Meanwhile, the babies are enjoying growing up in Heaven.

God is just. Nothing escapes His notice or his justice (or His opportunities for salvation).

PBA really does strike home, even with the most ardent “pro-choice” people.

What I’ve noticed though, is that, instead of either defending it or denouncing it, they claim it doesn’t happen,

and that their dear leaders wouldn’t ever support something like that.

It’s a cognitize disconnect, for sure, but it was something I couldn’t get past with one person. She flat out denied it was either used or supported by democRats.

It is becoming quite obvious that Kagan has no business being on the Supreme Court. I suspect the usual RINOs will be voting for her.

Another liberal Left monster. That’s what they are: nihilists, all of them, in love with death.

Much like the position taken by many Germans who expressed surprise learning of the Holocaust.

There is not a reason on this planet to defend partial birth abortion.

It’s like saying you should allow pouring gasoline on someone and lighting them on fire, otherwise one day campfires will be banned.
