The new poll shows Mrs. Angle at 33 percent, followed by Las Vegas businessman Danny Tarkanian at 26 percent and former Mrs. Lowden...with 25 percent. Several other GOP primary candidates came in at 4 percent or less. You seem to like Anger is Brewing (so do I, but I support Angle.)
Do you support their -4% candidate?
The Nevada GOP of course is supporting a candidate that helped Reid get elected in the past.
"The Nevada GOP of course is supporting a candidate that helped Reid get elected in the past."
And you're supporting a candidate that will help Reid get elected in the future. Your point ?
What candidate are you supporting in the primary race?
Yes, we are in the primary phase. Glad you are catching up.
67% do not support your (redacted ad hominem leftist type attacks) candidate.
Do they support your 2% candidate?
I see you pinged part of your posse.
Either Tarkanian or Lowden are acceptable.
Did you know your employer has never won a primary race in the past 6 years ? Did you also know she is the weakest candidate to face Reid ? Looks like you should take your own advice and "catch up", Hoss.
Oh you are interested in the primary Little Joe?
Who you pimping for? (Thanks for teaching me this cool street languange)
Wow, charging veterans that have passed away to be buried in Veteran's cemeteries? Unbelievable
Reid distances himself from group attacking Lowden
U.S. Sen. Harry Reid on Wednesday distanced himself from a Democratic Party front group running ads against Republican Sue Lowden, who accused the incumbent of letting his allies attack her to ensure she loses the GOP primary to Tea Party favorite Sharron Angle.
"I, of course, have no relationship with any PAC that's running ads, period," Reid said of the Patriotic Majority Political Action Committee commercials. "So I don't know about that spot at all."
Reid's comments came in response to a question as he cast his ballot at the Clark County Government Building during the early voting period that ends Friday, four days before Tuesday's primary.
The Senate majority leader faces little real opposition in the Democratic primary, but the GOP contest is too close to call with Lowden and Angle in a dead heat, followed by Danny Tarkanian.
In the new TV ad by the Patriotic Majority, which is run by former Reid staffer Craig Varoga, Lowden is slammed for voting as a state senator in the early 1990s for taxes and fees, including a $100 charge for non-combat veterans to be buried in veterans cemeteries.
And it looks like Tark doesn't like not speaking first, or he will walk out:
Stock raised his voice at him? Oh my!Danny Tarkanian and KXNT radio talk show host Alan Stock were involved in an altercation Friday night at a Republican gathering.
Tarkanian in an e-mail to Review-Journal political reporter Laura Myers acknowledged the incident, saying that Stock raised his voice when Tarkanian said he was leaving because "they would not let me speak early."
BTW I think it is stupid that the press and others made such a big deal about Lowden's barter suggestion. Nothing wrong with that IMO.
Oh, and yes Reid does attack his former supporter Lowden
"I want the strongest, most viable Conservative candidate to take down Reid in November"
"Here are recent poll results: The new poll shows Mrs. Angle at 33 percent, followed by Las Vegas businessman Danny Tarkanian at 26 percent and former Mrs. Lowden...with 25 percent. Several other GOP primary candidates came in at 4 percent or less."
"That's a primary poll"
"Yes, we are in the primary phase. Glad you are catching up."
Um it seems you need to catch up on this point. You seem to imply Angle is the best for November because she leads in the primary. One has nothing to do with the other. All the general election polling shows her to be the weakest against Reid. I think you know this but you don't want to address what you can't refute. It's fine if you don't care about general election viability but many of us do. Reid is very likely gone if Lowden or Tark is the nominee. With Angle he has a decent chance. That's my only problem with her. If she wins I won't demand a new primary election like she did when she lost to Dean Heller. (and I backed her in that race).
Having done a lot of business in Las Vegas the past 30 years, my guess is Tark, as he would have more the casino money behind him, as well as the business community.
Tark would be the strongest candidate you're saying?
