WASHINGTON – The Obama administration is blocking all new offshore drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, a day after regulators approved a new permit for drilling in shallow water.
An e-mail Thursday from the Gulf Coast office of the Minerals Management Service says that "until further notice" no new drilling is being allowed in the Gulf, no matter the water depth. A copy of the e-mail was obtained by The Associated Press.

Environmental groups accused the administration of misleading the public by allowing work to resume in waters up to 500 feet deep while maintaining a moratorium on deepwater drilling.
It is almost like a carefully crafted plan to bring America and her citizens to their knees.

One gets the impression with the Obama administration that statements are made and are typically meaningless or opposite of the administration’s actions.
Legal action is taken to stop real legal discovery. Theatrics take place to chastise GS when this admin is French Kissing them openly. Big pharma is in bed with them.

My scenario is that Bam-Bam overreached when he said to begin offshore drilling. NWO said “No.”.
In order that he could change the order without appearing to change his mind arbitrarily, they’re using this spill as an excuse.
Watch out if he incites riot and then clamps down on freedom with martial law.
Because it may harm a turtle or a snake or a rock or tree.

I do, however, think all prospective drilling should be done only after an review by an independent, technically competent review team. That pretty much leaves out most of government...and industry executives. And all existing wells should be reviewed as well. How many others have potential issues? Granted, though, we can’t check up on any rigs operated outside of our waters...this would be an ideal situation for an international agreement but we have a corrupt and totally dysfunctional U.N. Add to that, a Chinese government that no one wants to stand up to or piss off and you can see, we are pretty much screwed. THe people affected didn’t deserve this...but my heart is really breaking for the loss of animal and sea life. Tragic just doesn’t quite measure up. I hope I can help in some small way. So utterly sad.
