While I have no doubt most of this stuff wasn't anything close to properly stored what bothers me is what this Army staff puke said "we routinely destroy our ammo". WTF is up with that?
And I have visions of EOD guys just standing around waiting to blow all this old ComBloc ammo to Kingdom Come....
